"I had a good time with this..."
I had a good time with this hunt. The clues were decent overall, and I liked that a few of them made us stop and really look around at the small details instead of just rushing through. Nothing felt too frustrating, just a fun, easygoing experience.

"Worked, but not as smooth as promised"
The app did get us through our hunt, so I’ll give it that, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as they made it sound. They promised an easy, seamless experience, and then we were stuck dealing with slow loading at random times and a few buttons that were confusing to figure out. It was okay overall, just frustrating when it didn’t live up to what was promised

I booked a hunt through Let’s Roam and expected the code redemption to be a little annoying, but it wasn’t at all. It took maybe two minutes, everything went through without any issues, and we were ready to go. Smooth experience overall, and I’d definitely use it again

"Way more options than I thought"
I thought Let’s Roam was going to be just another walking tour thing, but there was actually a lot more on there. Like scavenger hunts, date night stuff, bar crawls, and even games you can do at home, which I didn’t really expect. It was nice because our group could actually find something that worked for everyone without the usual back-and-forth of, I don’t know, nobody deciding anything. It ended up being fun, and not nearly as boring as I kind of assumed it would be

"Pretty fun, honestly"
Yeah, this was actually a good time for the price. We got a few hours of laughs out of it and didn’t have to spend much, which is always nice. I’m totally calm about how rare that feels these days. Just an easy, low-pressure way to do something a little different.

"Mostly solid clues, with one miss"
I had a good time with this overall. Most of the clues made sense and were fun to figure out, but one of them felt a bit off and threw me for a minute. Not perfect, but still enjoyable.

We tried this once and it had everyone laughing and totally into it the whole time. if our night is anything to go by, this is the kind of thing that can make any hangout way more fun.

"Support seriously saved my day"
I had a tiny issue and thought it was going to turn into a whole stressful mess, but support jumped in so fast it felt almost unreal. They fixed everything quickly, and I was ridiculously relieved. Such a smooth experience!

"Easy to make it feel like ours"
We used Let’s Roam for a company outing, i thought it worked really well. I liked that we could tweak some of the questions and stops so it didn’t feel like some random, one-size-fits-all thing. It actually felt more like our team, which was the point. Setup was straightforward too, so I’m not sure what anyone would really complain about. Everyone seemed to have a good time, and overall it was a solid experience.

"I used Let’s Roam for a scavenger..."
I used Let’s Roam for a scavenger hunt with a few friends, the app worked way better than I expected. I was a little worried we’d hit glitches and end up losing time or missing clues, especially downtown where the signal was kind of spotty, but that never happened. The maps loaded quickly, clues updated right away, and check-in worked without any drama. It was a relief because one buggy app could’ve easily ruined the whole outing, but everything went smoothly.

"Refund was surprisingly easy"
We ended up having to cancel our scavenger hunt at the last minute because our plans changed, and I was expecting the refund process to be a whole hassle. I reached out to Let’s Roam, and they literally got back to me faster than I thought they would.
They explained everything clearly, handled the refund without making it awkward, and the money showed up a few days later. Painless overall, and I appreciated how easy they made it.

"I did this with a few coworkers, everyone..."
I did this with a few coworkers, everyone got into it quickly. It was easy to use, didn’t feel complicated at all, and we ended up laughing a lot. Overall, a great way to bring the team together in a relaxed but still engaging way.
